Job Title
Rumford Community Home Corporation offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $18.00 to $21.75. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.

QualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
- Residential Care Specialist 1 (RCS
-I) or Personal Support Specialist (PSS) Certification required within 120 calendar days. - Placed on state registry within 120 calendar days.
- Current BLS within 60 days and maintain current.
- Possess knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Minimum six months of previous experience in an acute care hospital, assisted living facility, or physician's office, preferred.
