We're hiring Clinical Associates (Behavioral Health Professionals) across Central Maine, including Skowhegan, Waterville, Fairfield, Unity, and Madison. Perfect for recent grads, paraprofessionals, and anyone passionate about working with students using evidence-based ABA.
Why Clinicians Choose BDA- Starting pay: $26.50 to $29.50 per hour
- We train you: no ABA experience required, we provide training and help you obtain your RBT certification
- School-based, full-time schedule:
Monday through Friday, daytime hours - Trained 1,200+ professionals nationwide
- Supporting 350+ schools across 10 states

- Ongoing mentorship, coaching, and clear paths into leadership
- Provide ABA services in a variety of settings (public schools, private preschools, homes, community)
- Implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision
- Assist with assessments and data collection
- Teach communication, social, academic, and life skills
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs and performance coaches

- Reliable transportation and valid
- Ed Tech III Certification
