We're hiring Clinical Associates (Behavioral Health Professionals) across Central Maine, including Skowhegan, Waterville, Fairfield, Unity, and Madison. Perfect for recent grads, paraprofessionals, and anyone passionate about working with students using evidence-based ABA.

• Starting pay: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
• We train you: no ABA experience required, we provide training and help you obtain your RBT certification
• School-based, full-time schedule:
  Monday through Friday, daytime hours
• Trained 1,200+ professionals nationwide
• Supporting 350+ schools across 10 states
• Not private-equity backed, quality always comes first
• Ongoing mentorship, coaching, and clear paths into leadership

• Provide ABA services in a variety of settings (public schools, private preschools, homes, community)
• Implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision
• Assist with assessments and data collection
• Teach communication, social, academic, and life skills
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs and performance coaches

• Enjoy working directly with students
• Want a long-term career in ABA or behavioral health
• Are open to learning, coaching, and growth
• Are comfortable working in schools and homes
• Value ethics, teamwork, and professionalism

• Reliable transportation and valid
• Ed Tech I Certification
• Ability to engage in active work (standing, bending, lifting, movement throughout sessions)
• Passion for helping others learn and grow

• School-based services:
  Monday to Friday, daytime hours
• Home/community sessions: after school hours
• Some flexibility during training
