Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide exceptional in-home care to clients in Hartland, MI. This role involves supporting clients with daily living activities, promoting their independence, and ensuring their comfort and safety in a friendly and respectful manner.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and support adherence to prescribed treatment plans.
• Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' wellbeing.
• Monitor and report any changes in client’s condition to supervisors or medical personnel.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain confidentiality regarding client information.

• Previous experience in caregiving or home health care is an advantage.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and assisting clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient with a professional attitude.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation may be required.

• Competitive pay range of $14.00 - $19.00 per hour, paid twice a month.
