Position: Banquet & Rounds Sous Chef — Lead High-Volume Events
Location: Cape Elizabeth

A leading hospitality group in Cape Elizabeth, Maine is seeking a Banquet/Rounds Sous Chef to prepare high-quality meals and manage banquet operations. You will assist the Executive Chef in kitchen management, oversee food preparation, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in high-volume kitchen management and a culinary degree or equivalent experience.
