As a Lead Banquet Server, you will showcase your expertise in banquet service, ensuring seamless coordination during events at our picturesque venue. Lead and inspire the banquet service team, setting the standard for service quality and attention to detail. Craft an exceptional atmosphere for our guests, ensuring each event is a memorable affair. Your schedule will be 32 to 40 hours a week. Weekends, nights, and holidays are a must. The starting wage is $25 an hour, with the potential for $30 an hour for the right candidate.

Please note: The listed hourly rate of $25–$30 applies only to hours worked during events. Hours worked outside of events, including supporting the Food & Beverage departments or other hotel operations, will be paid at the standard hourly rate for those duties.
