Serve Elegance in Hospitality at Atlantic Oceanside Hotel! We are looking for a dedicated Lead Banquet Server to orchestrate unforgettable events and elevate our guests' experience at the Atlantic Oceanside Hotel & Event Center in Bar Harbor, Maine. We have openings for both Full-Time Year-Round and Seasonal team members.
As a Lead Banquet Server, you will showcase your expertise in banquet service, lead and inspire the banquet service team, and ensure seamless coordination during events. Transition smoothly between banquet roles to maintain consistency and excellence in event operations.

Your schedule will be 32 to 40 hours a week. Weekends, nights, and holidays are a must. The starting wage is $25 an hour, with the potential for $30 an hour for the right candidate. The listed hourly rate of $25–$30 applies only to hours worked during events. Hours worked outside of events, including supporting the Food & Beverage departments or other hotel operations, will be paid at the standard hourly rate for those duties.
