Location: Ogunquit
The Beachmere Inn, located on the ocean in Ogunquit, is hiring a part‑time Front Desk Associate.
Responsibilities- Register guests, manage reservations, answer telephones, and handle cash, credit, and check transactions.
- Complete all daily reports and tasks on the daily checklists.
- Assist with night audit functions, including balance verification and documentation completion.
- Resolve guest concerns and refer issues to management when appropriate.
- Perform additional duties as directed.
- Hospitality or hotel experience required.
- Room Master experience preferred.
- Part‑time evening shift (night audit ending at 10 pm or 11 pm); may include a mid‑shift.
- Ability to work varied shifts, some weekends and holidays.
