We are seeking a friendly, customer service focused Pro Shop Attendant to join our team at Sebasco Harbor Resort. This is a Part Time position located in Phippsburg, ME. In this position you will be responsible for maintaining the pro shop, making reservations and assigning tee times, and providing guests with information about the green, hotel, and the local area. If you have a knack for customer service, we’d like to meet you.

• Sell golf merchandise
• Inform players of course rules and regulations
• Greet guests, providing friendly service
• Manage reservation system and assign tee times
• Maintain inventory records and reconcile cash register sales
• Keep up-to-date on current and upcoming events at the course, hotel and onsite restaurant to be able to advise members and guests
• Take payment for pro shop items and events, and resolve any payment discrepancies
• Respond to member/guest issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner
• Keep pro shop clean and organized
• Report any equipment or property damage to direct supervisor
• Ensure carts and other equipment are ready for rental as needed
• Perform duties as outlined in the training procedures, following standard operating procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management

• High school education or equivalent experience
• Must be able to work onsite at the location
• Hours required:
  Part Time (June-October) 15-20 hours per week for AM;
  
  PM;
  
  Mid;
  
  Weekends;
  
  Holidays shifts
• Proficiency in the English language
• Willingness to learn new platforms
• Ability to stand at front desk for long periods of time
• Ability to lift/push up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times

• Previous customer facing experience preferred
• Golf knowledge a plus
• Second language is a plus, preferably Spanish or French

$18 Hourly
