We are seeking a friendly, customer service focused Overnight Guest Services Agent to join our team at Gorges Grant Hotel . This is a Full Time position located in Ogunquit, ME . As a Overnight Guest Services Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable stay. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with people, this is the perfect role for you.

• Manage online, phone and in-person room reservations in sometimes fast-paced environment
• Communicate relevant shift information to next shift and direct supervisor
• Welcome guests, check them in/out, distribute room keys and explain the hotel's amenities
• Take payment and resolve any payment discrepancies
• Respond to guest issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner
• Explain local amenities and attractions to guests
• Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any special guest requests
• Keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order
• Perform duties as outlined in the training procedures, following standard operating procedures
• Assist other departments when necessary
• Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management

• High school education or equivalent experience
• 1 or more full years employment experience in a related position
• Must be able to work onsite at the hotel location
• Hours required:
  Full Time 32-40 hours per week for Overnight
• Proficiency in the English language
• Willingness to learn new technology platforms
• Ability to stand at front desk for long periods of time
• Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs. guest luggage; limited
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times

• Previous customer facing experience preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft suite
• Second language is a plus, preferably Spanish or French

$20 Hourly
