Bell Person

As a Bell Attendant on the Guest Services team at The Colony Hotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm, memorable welcome and seamless stay.

• Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience and provide exceptional customer service.
• Greet all guests, opening doors for vehicle arrivals and escorting luggage to rooms.
• Assist with check‑in procedures by escorting guests and luggage to the front desk.
• Explain hotel amenities and local points of interest during guest relocation.
• Collaborate with other attendants to deliver personalized guest experiences.
• Maintain the entrance area clean and organized, assisting the lobby attendant as needed.
• Uphold the “Be the difference” standard by exceeding expectations and avoiding routine actions.

• At least one year in a customer‑service role with high guest interaction.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving and team‑working skills.
• Enjoy engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Outgoing and engaging personality with excellent verbal communication.
• Comfortable standing for the duration of a full shift and moving between areas of the hotel.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Hourly wage: $16.00 – $16.00.
• Shift work including weekends and holidays.
