- Supervise, schedule, train, and support lodge staff
- Plan daily meals and special event menus while ensuring food safety standards
- Manage food inventory, ordering, receiving, and supply levels
- Oversee housing services, inspections, laundry coordination, and facility maintenance needs
- Coordinate with contractors and maintenance personnel to address repairs
- Monitor budgets and control food, labor, housing, and operational costs
- Complete payroll submissions, personnel evaluations, daily logs, and incident reports
- Accommodate dietary restrictions and ensure outstanding customer service
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Head Cook, Kitchen Supervisor, or similar commercial food service leadership role
- Food Safety Certification
- Experience with budget management, purchasing, and cost control
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computerized payroll, ordering, and purchasing systems
- Strong leadership, supervisory, customer service, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience in remote camps, lodges, hospitality operations, or large-scale food service environments is highly preferred
