Pleasant Mountain is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Food and Beverage Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of Blizzard’s Pub. In this role, you will oversee both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams, ensuring seamless service, strict financial accountability, and an exceptional, memorable dining experience for every guest.

Pleasant Mountain is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Food and Beverage Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of Blizzard’s Pub. In this role, you will oversee both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams, ensuring seamless service, strict financial accountability, and an exceptional, memorable dining experience for every guest.

• Team Leadership & Development:
  Hire, train, motivate, direct, and evaluate FOH and BOH team members with a strong focus on hospitality and team growth.
• Operations Oversight:
  Maintain a consistent, active presence in the BOH during peak lunch and dinner hours while ensuring smooth FOH coordination and frequent guest table visits.
• Shift Management:
  Assign opening and closing shift duties, conduct pre‑shift meetings, and verify the completion of all side work.
• Financial & Inventory Control:
  Manage labor costs within budgeted expenses, order operating supplies while maintaining budgeted cost of goods, and oversee comprehensive food inventory tracking.
• Marketing &
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Coordinate rotating food specials and promotional activities with the General Manager and the Marketing Department and attend weekly management meetings.

• Experience:
  
  5+ years of FOH service experience, accompanied by 3+ years in a leadership/managerial role within a food and beverage environment.
• Hospitality Mindset: A deep, demonstrated passion for guest service, team development, and creating memorable dining experiences.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, FOH procedures, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Core Competencies:
  
  Strong sense of urgency, accountability, initiative, and effective communication and motivational skills.
