Junior HR Services Assistant with ItalianHR Services Team Members are first point-of-contact for our team members' questions about HR policies and processes, also related to Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, etc.
You would also be responsible for guiding our team members through HR related queries and issues, helping them with transactions and educating them on the system specifics.
Where You'll Work- This role is hybrid and will require you to be on‑site at our office on Wielicka 30 in Kraków 3 to 5 times per month. (On‑site days are predetermined and standard across the company)
- Deliver Team Members HR Service support to managers and Team Members
- Provide information and resolution to issues pertaining to calls and emails in a timely, courteous, and professional manner, providing high‑quality, timely and professional customer service
- Perform HR data entry into HR system and resolve tickets(ticketing system: Service Now)
- Take initiative to maintain documentation and current knowledge and understanding of People policies, practices, and procedures, create process maps where applicable
- Perform duties as assigned by the Manager
- Speak very good English and Italian (C1 level minimum)
- Eager to develop within the field of HR
- Customer service mindset and a proactive way of working to service the customers in a “can do” attitude
- Present excellent communication skills
, ability to operate in an international, matrix organization and consumer‑oriented attitude - Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience in working in HR systems such as Workday and a strong working knowledge of MS Office would be a strong asset, not a must‑have
- Experience using Case Management software would be an asset, not a must‑have
