• Partner with HR Centers of Expertise/HR Service Centers to translate strategic objectives into requirements for Workday Absence, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation
• Implement and deploy new Workday features, including change management and communication
• Recommend enhancements to existing Workday setup based on insights and developments
• Facilitate best practice identification and sharing within the organization
• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned Workday modules, ensuring timely resolution of issues

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Workday configuration
• Experience in the Workday Absence domain or a strong interest in becoming a Workday Absence expert
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• High-level functional knowledge of HR processes
• Experience working in Agile teams

• Previous experience in the Compensation domain within Workday
