Human Resources Generalist – Support Operations Across Multiple Facilities

Pay Rate: $65,000–$70,000/year.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8-hour days. Assignment Length:
Direct-Hire.

Our client is hiring an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations across multiple facilities. This position is perfect for a collaborative, people-focused professional who enjoys being hands‑on and making an impact. This is a high-visibility HR role where you’ll act as a trusted partner to leadership, drive recruiting efforts, and support employee relations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Daily Duties
  • Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned business units, supporting employee relations, investigations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining accurate HR records and supporting audits.
  • Partner with hiring managers on recruiting, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Coordinate and deliver onboarding, compliance, and leadership training while supporting employee development efforts.
  • Promote workplace safety by supporting training, incident investigations, and OSHA compliance initiatives.
  • Administer benefits, leave programs (FMLA/ADA), HRIS updates (ADP Workforce Now), and assist with payroll coordination.
What We’re Looking For
  • Associate’s Degree preferred; experience in a manufacturing environment strongly desired.
  • Strong recruiting background with hands‑on hiring support experience.
  • Knowledge of employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to partner with leadership and work collaboratively across multiple locations.
