Are you ready to build and develop a modern People & Culture function in Sweden's most exciting real estate company? At Vectura Fastigheter, you will have a broad and business-close HR role where you will work closely with the business, drive recruitment, develop competency supply, and contribute to creating structure and culture that supports the company's continued growth.

The role combines operational HR work with strategic development of processes, working methods, and system support. You will work broadly across the organization and be an important support to both employees and managers in matters relating to employees, recruitment, competency development, and organizational development.

The People & Culture function is in a development phase where processes, working methods, and systems are gradually built up and further developed. You will become a key person in the organization and have the opportunity to influence how the People & Culture work develops forward in an environment where not everything is fully defined and where collaborative ability, responsibility, and a pragmatic approach are highly valued.

Main

Responsibilities
  • Support managers throughout the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to work environment, rehabilitation, and departure.
  • Independently drive recruitment processes from needs to appointment.
  • Develop the company's strategic competency supply and competency framework.
  • Be responsible for HR administration, HR data, and ensure correct handling according to applicable regulations and internal guidelines.
  • Handle HR matters and provide professional support and high service level to managers and employees.
  • Work on and develop HR systems and support the business in their use.
  • Prepare statistics, key figures, and HR-related reporting.
  • Drive and coordinate recurring HR processes such as salary revision and employee surveys.
  • Contribute to the development of HR processes, People & Culture projects, and initiatives in competency development and employer brand.

You will report to the CHRO and work from Vectura's office on Riddargatan in central Stockholm.

Are You the Right Fit?

We are looking for someone who thrives in a broad and operational HR environment where you combine structure, service, and development in daily work. With a business-close perspective, you have a good understanding of how People & Culture creates value and contributes to the company's goals.

You have an academic degree in HR or equivalent and around five years of experience in broad HR work. Your background includes both administrative tasks and business-close management support and operational People & Culture issues. You have experience in building up, implementing, or further developing competency frameworks and have worked on competency supply that supports the company's development and future competency needs.

Furthermore, you have experience in both operational and strategic recruitment, where you have contributed to developing recruitment processes, working methods, and long-term competency planning.

We would like to see that you have been involved in coordinating HR processes and driving projects, and have a good system habit – preferably from modern HR systems such as Hailey HR, Alexis, Heartpace, or HiBob. It is also a big advantage if you have worked with statistics and reporting related to People & Culture.

As a person, you take great responsibility and work structured even when many issues are ongoing simultaneously. You enjoy creating order, developing working methods, and following up so that ideas become reality.

You provide security through your calm, good judgment, and high integrity. Even when the pace is high or conditions change, you can make wise priorities and provide professional support to managers and employees.

You are unpretentious and have an easy time building trusting relationships. Through a responsive and collaborative working approach, you create good cooperation while having the courage to give advice, challenge when necessary, and contribute to the company's development.
