Location: Rumford
ND Paper in Rumford, ME seeks an in‑house Recruiter to manage full‑cycle recruiting for exempt and non‑exempt roles. You will partner with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and drive offers through onboarding.
