Performance & Reward Specialist, Nordics
This is a great opportunity for a rewards specialist to join our team of professionals driving and developing Performance and Reward (P&R) policies and processes for KONE Nordics. We are now looking for a Performance & Reward Specialist, Nordics to join our team for a 12-month fixed-term position as a maternity leave replacement.
This role will be a key member of our Performance and Rewards Center of Excellence (CoE) and you will be reporting to the Performance & Reward Manager for Nordics.
As a P&R specialist Nordics, your main responsibilities include:
- Manage key annual P&R processes, including salary review, KONE bonus plan and performance management.
- Support in the execution and development of Performance & Reward processes, policies and practices across the Nordics including employee training.
- Provide compensation and performance analytics, including reporting.
- Support in pay transparency and pay equity activities and analyzes.
- Support in job evaluation and market benchmarking.
- Support in P&R-related Workday data, reports and processes, ensuring data quality and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to Nordics Performance & Rewards projects and policy development initiatives.
- Provide practical guidance and support to People & Communications and other internal key stakeholders.
To be successful in this role:

- Experience or strong interest in Performance & Reward, including compensation, benefits, performance management and/or recognition processes.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and ability to turn data into practical insights.
- Good communication and presentations skills.
- Excellent (verbal +written) English skills, Swedish language capability is a benefit.
- Business acumen to partner cross-border with key stakeholders in People and Culture and other internal stakeholders.
- Excellent MS Office and digital skills, previous experience in Workday is appreciated.
- Curiosity to learn more about Performance and Rewards and willingness to contribute to implementation in defined areas to support the wider P&R CoE team targets and business needs.
- You are not shy to ask questions and are curious about finding new ways of doing things, you embrace innovation and are able to come up with new ideas.
This position can be located either in KONE headquarters in Espoo, Finland or KONE Kista office in Stockholm, Sweden.
