What you would do as our HR analyst graduate:
- Deliver high-quality HR reports in line with Group standards, ensuring accurate and timely insights that support business decisions.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to understand their needs, translating business requirements into clear specifications for IT-technical teams.
- Support the end-to-end lifecycle of HR report development, from design and build to testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to developing and maintaining our HR analytics solutions, working with tools such as Success Factors, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI.
- Drive data quality and consistency by identifying gaps, supporting improvements, and helping build a more reliable and accessible global HR reporting landscape.
The skills and experience you need:
- A proactive, business-minded approach and a strong desire to learn, with the agility to quickly pick up new tools and concepts.
- A sharp insight mindset combined with problem-solving skills and a genuine curiosity to turn data into meaningful insights.
- A recently completed degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, or a background in Human Resources with a strong interest in data and reporting.
- A foundational understanding of data analysis, with hands-on exposure (through studies, internships, or projects) and an eagerness to develop skills in tools like Power BI, Excel, SQL, and HR systems (e.g., Success Factors).
- High integrity and respect for data privacy, along with strong collaboration skills and the confidence to work with both business and technical stakeholders in an international environment.
