Salary: $65,000-$75,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday Days
Adecco is recruiting on behalf of our client in Mechanic Falls, ME for an experienced Human Resources Generalist
. We're looking for a motivated HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about employee engagement, compliance, and building strong workplace relationships.
- Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding activities
- Administer new hire orientation and employee training programs
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and confidential
- Assist with benefits administration and employee leave programs
- Partner with managers on employee relations, coaching, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment policies
- Support payroll and timekeeping processes as needed
- Coordinate employee recognition, engagement, and retention initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience required
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred
- Knowledge of federal and Maine employment laws
- Experience with recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems - SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar HR certification is a plus
- Competitive salary of $65,000-$75,000
