Our Solutions Consulting team is at the forefront of this expansion, bridging the gap between DeepL’s technical innovations and each customer’s desired outcomes, ultimately driving adoption and satisfaction. By working closely with Account Executives and other stakeholders, our global network of Solutions Consultants exchange insights across regions to deliver cutting-edge solutions for our rapidly growing Mid-Market and Enterprise client base.
Whatwill you be doing at DeepL?
We are seeking a seasoned, strategic, technologically adept, and people manager who will hire, lead, coach, and manage our growing team of Solutions Consultants for our new Agentic AI product globally.
You’ll be a high-energy, strategic, and coaching-focused leader, responsible for the professional growth and development of your team. By building strong cross-functional relationships — including with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Support, and Finance — you’ll stay ahead of product innovations, ensure customer feedback informs our roadmap, and guide your team to deliver compelling solutions during complex sales cycles. You’ll be a technical thought leader and advocate, continually refining best practices for demos, technical assessments, and workshops, while championing customer needs to further DeepL’s mission and market expansion.
YourResponsibilities
- Pioneer the growth of a new global team, dedicated to our Agentic AI business. Shape and influence the pre-sales strategy for this newly created team.
- Help customers understand the art of the possible with this new technology as we solve customer specific use cases.
- Oversee complex sales cycles with Account Executives, coach to success, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Set the vision, culture, and clear performance expectations for your team, aligning with DeepL’s broader organizational strategy and market expansion goals.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new team members, creating robust training frameworks that accelerate ramp-up time and maintain high performance.
- Standardize best practices and processes — sales playbooks, technical assessments, demos, and workshops — to continuously improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to stay ahead of product innovations, integrating new features and feedback into your team’s approach and enabling them to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
