• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for cyber mission systems focused on virtualization and containerization technologies
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technology solutions for virtualized and containerized environments
• Lead product backlog refinement, ensuring well-defined and prioritized features for virtualization and containerization platforms
• Engage with government stakeholders to align capability delivery for virtualized and containerized solutions
• Partner with clients to develop product concepts, roadmaps, and functional specifications for virtualized and containerized applications

• Active TS SCI w/Polygraph security clearance
• Minimum of 12 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 10 years with a Master's degree, or 16 years with a High School Diploma or Associate's Degree, with significant experience in virtualization and containerization technologies
• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, or related discipline from an accredited institution
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with proven experience in Agile methodologies and cloud services
• Proficiency with agile tools like Jira and Confluence, and experience in product development and management in a development environment

• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager or similar Agile certification(s)
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or similar certifications
• Experience working with government agencies or contractors in the intelligence or defense sectors
• Hands‑on experience with virtualization technologies such as vSphere and vCenter, and containerization technologies like Kubernetes
• Familiarity with messaging systems like NATS.io for building scalable distributed systems
