Project Manager & Scrum Master familiar with Marketing technologies to coordinate ennoblement activities for large-scale Marketing initiatives including support for a new non-tender loyalty program.

This role works under minimal supervision to plan, direct and coordinate activities of the assigned project to ensure goals and objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed timeframe and budgetary parameters.

Responsibilities
  • Communication and Presentation
  • Keeps stakeholders, including management, informed of progress to goal; negotiate adjustments to the schedule and resources to ensure overall quality of completed project
  • Functions as central point for all project communications
  • Leverages most effective means of communication based on situation/urgency
  • Develops and delivers presentation content to drive understanding and alignment across Team and Project Sponsors (Governance structure)
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on project management & Scrum Master skills - at least 5 years of experience managing complex IT efforts.
  • Management of large teams with members working in multiple locations.
  • Experience structuring work into various work streams within a large project and managing multiple IT projects concurrently.
  • Strong applied use of PM & Scrum tools/techniques (planning, risk management, budgeting, cost control, assessment, software/SaaS acquisition/RFP, develop & management of Jira board, Scrum ceremonies, etc.).
  • Experience with vendor contracts and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written), English-language skills, facilitation skills, etc. and ability to represent work at all levels of the organization (up to Executive levels).
  • Excellent people skills developing strong relationships, building a trusting team environment, and ability to listen & translate into actionable plans.
  • Experience with the following is desired, but not mandatory:
    Cloud Data Platforms in support of Marketing, Customer Analytics & Personalization in an omni-channel retail environment.
  • Prism PPM, Jira, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Understand business process transformation and change management practices.
