Job Description

Are you an ambitious soon-to-be graduate with strong technical or analytical skills and a curiosity for digital innovation? Accenture's Tech Talent Program (TTP) is a six months, full time hands-on experience designed to bridge the gap between university and a full-time technology consultant career.

Throughout these six months, you'll work with real business challenges, collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, and deliver value to clients.

Designed to accelerate your growth as a technology consultant, the program offers continuous learning, mentorship, and access to Accenture's global community. Upon completion, you'll earn a formal diploma recognizing your achievements and commitment to value creation.

Functional role:

Your tasks may include:

* Gather, analyze, and document solution requirements using business analysis techniques to capture both functional and technical requirements.

* Create tools and participate in system, integration, security, or performance tests.

* Understand the challenges and risks that exist and develop strategies and solutions to strengthen organizations' information security in the long-term.

* Configure, develop and maintain development tools, environments and platforms such as Service Now, SAP, Oracle and Salesforce.

* Prepare and deliver training for end-users.

* Conducting research, writing pre-study reports or analyzing data.

* Implementing agile practices to drive continuous improvements and to create a high performing, cost effective delivery.

* Support test leads and test analysts in shaping, defining, and testing software and developments and review test cases for completeness and accuracy

* Gaining practical experience by developing GenAI skills and applying your knowledge to create solutions that address client use cases.

* Grow your professional skills within analytics, artificial intelligence, Big Data and machine learning.

Technical role:

Your tasks may include:

* Help our customers to develop the best IT solutions by serving as a link between business and IT

* Work with cloud solutions such as Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Cloud Platform, Azure and Amazon Web Services

* Support in identifying customer requirements, seeking client clarifications, understand compliance and apply modern cloud functionality to meet the requirements

* Work and develop solutions using programming languages like Java, Python, SQL and more

* Design and build security in IT environments and cloud platforms

* Support in developing relevant solutions and requirements aligned with our Journey to the Cloud strategy (J2C)

* Support in Change Management, help clients make the best use of the Accenture assets and best practices across the clouds

* Support project management or other management functions in projects

* Grow your professional skills within analytics, artificial intelligence, Big Data and machine learning
