Work Location
Hybrid – % Onsite at 1705 US Rt 202, Winthrop, ME until training is completed (approximately 3-6 months). Once training has been completed there will be an option for a hybrid schedule (Most likely work Mondays and Tuesdays onsite and the rest of the week remote). Client is only willing to consider local candidates within an hour radius of Winthrop, ME.

This contracted position serves as the Systems Manager for Disability Determination Services (DDS). The position is critical in ensuring that the systems used by all staff within the agency operate effectively and efficiently. This role also serves as the primary local security officer for the DDS. The position works with users to troubleshoot daily system problems and works with various federal officials to manage the network, servers, and attached peripherals.
The position handles hardware and software issues, and various applications including BI, print and correspondence and imaging.
- COMPTIA A+ Certification preferred
- Knowledge of FISMA Standards, NISTCSF standards, and CISA standards
- M365 (MS Office), One Drive, One Note, SharePoint, Teams
- Business Intelligence software such as SQL queries
- MS Power Shell
- System Center Configuration Manager
- Microsoft Active Directory, group policy administrator
- New user set up, configuration and assignment of roles/tasks within several programs including Systems Access management (SAMs), Disability Case Processing System (DCPS)
- Setup and installation of user laptops, services, printers
- Maintain access audits
- Provide network support
- Ensure user education of security standards is completed regularly
- Manage and communicate with building control
