Senior Manager, IT Architect

Senior Manager, IT Architect leads a team of architects, shaping the technical strategy and capabilities for the entire enterprise. The role provides direction and leadership to the IT architecture team, ensuring their work aligns with organizational goals and that IT systems are scalable, secure, and capable of supporting the company's growth.

• Lead and mentor a team of architects, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, principles, design patterns, and modern practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and create new functionalities and capabilities.
• Oversee the solution design process to ensure technical feasibility and fit within the enterprise environment, integrating business processes, operating systems, integration, and application architecture.
• Drive innovative thinking and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and new methodologies.
• Act as a thought leader, proactively identifying business challenges and recommending technical solutions.
• Assist in driving an Enterprise Architect practice by updating technical documents, architectural roadmaps, system diagrams, and design specifications.
• Oversee the lifecycle management of technology solutions across all applications and technologies, ensuring seamless introduction, maintenance, and retirement of these systems.
• Engage in technology selection to address business challenges and develop business cases for implementing new technology with a clear ROI.
• Encourage continuous learning and the adoption of new technologies by staying up to date with technical trends.
• Lead the architecture community of practice to share knowledge and drive industry use cases with external partners.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent IT work experience.
• 3+ years working with cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure preferred).
• 5+ years in a technology management role.
• Strong understanding of application design, cloud computing, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team, managing projects, and driving results.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

U.S. base salary range for this full‑time position is $125,800–$179,200. The position also offers bonus and long‑term incentive opportunities.
