Manhattan LMS Consultant, Ad Hoc / On-Call Support
Engagement Type: Contract, Ad Hoc Support
Location: Remote, with potential onsite as needed

Manhattan LMS, engineered labor standards, warehouse operations (inbound/outbound/inventory), LMS configuration & calculation logic, incentive/pay-for-performance models, WMS/ERP integrations, post-go-live support, troubleshooting, SQL (preferred).
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manhattan Labor Management System, LMS, Consultant to provide ad hoc and on-call functional and technical support. This role is designed to assist during issue resolution, configuration challenges, and optimization needs following a recent or ongoing MANH LMS implementation.
The consultant will serve as a subject matter expert to troubleshoot calculation issues, validate standard work configuration, and ensure system integrity and operational alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-demand support for Manhattan LMS production and post-implementation environments
- Diagnose and resolve calculation discrepancies related to engineered labor standards, indirect time, and performance metrics
- Review and validate standard work configuration, task grouping, and labor standards logic
- Support troubleshooting of incentive plans, pay for performance models, and productivity reporting
- Analyze and resolve issues with standard times not calculating correctly
- Validate data feeds and integrations between LMS and WMS, ERP, or timekeeping systems
- Conduct system health checks and recommend configuration improvements
- Support testing, defect resolution, and configuration adjustments as needed
- Partner with operations and IT teams to align LMS outputs with operational expectations
- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer as required
- Hands-on experience with Manhattan Associates LMS
- Deep understanding of engineered labor standards and work measurement methodologies
- Strong functional knowledge of warehouse operations, inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory control
- Experience troubleshooting performance calculation logic
- Ability to interpret LMS configuration tables and task definitions
- Experience supporting post-go-live LMS environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to operate in an advisory capacity
- Experience integrating Manhattan LMS with Manhattan WMS
- Experience with incentive pay configuration
- SQL knowledge for data validation and analysis
- Experience supporting multi-site LMS deployments
- On-call support during business hours
- SLA-based response time as defined
- Estimated utilization to be determined based on issue volume
- Option for onsite support if required
