And now, we are looking for a PPC Specialist who is prepared to contribute to the next chapter of our company's growth.
This role will focus primarily on mobile paid acquisition, with a strong emphasis on platforms such as Apple Search Ads, while also remaining close to key web performance channels like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Working closely with stakeholders across marketing and product, you will help shaping acquisition strategy, identifying optimization opportunities, and ensuring paid traffic initiatives are aligned with broader company priorities.
You will look beyond surface-level campaign metrics and focuse on business outcomes, efficiency, and sustainable growth of the products.
What you'll be working on:
* Launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across paid acquisition channels, with a strong focus on mobile performance marketing.
* Build and scale campaigns in Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, UAC, and other relevant platforms.
* Monitor key performance metrics, including traffic, conversions, CAC/CPA, ROAS, and conversion volume.
* Generate and test hypotheses through A/B experiments across ads, creatives, keywords, targeting, campaign structures, and app store listings.
* Analyze campaign performance, traffic quality, conversion trends, and user behavior to identify areas for growth and optimization.
* Perform ASO activities, including app store listing updates, metadata optimization, ranking analysis, and A/B testing in App Store and Google Play.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Brand Managers, General Managers, Product, Content, and Development teams.
* Communicate with external partners such as Google, Apple, and Microsoft to improve campaign performance and explore growth opportunities.
* Build clear reporting and share actionable insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
What we expect from you:
* 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
* 1+ year of experience with Apple Search Ads.
* Practical experience with Microsoft Ads / Bing Ads.
* Strong understanding of mobile acquisition, app performance marketing, and paid traffic optimization.
* Experience working with mobile analytics systems such as Apps Flyer, Firebase, or similar tools.
* Good understanding of measurement, attribution, conversion tracking, acquisition funnels, and performance metrics.
* Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $100K+.
* Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
* Experience running A/B tests and interpreting results in the context of business goals.
* Ability to communicate campaign insights, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
* English level B2+ for collaboration, meetings, and reporting.
* Ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Nice to have:
* Experience in SaaS, subscription products, or app performance marketing.
* Experience with ASO and app store optimization.
* Experience working closely with Product, Brand, or General Management teams.
* Experience building or scaling a new paid acquisition channel.
