The Role
The Learning & Enablement Partner supports the execution, reinforcement, and operationalization of Learning & Enablement work streams across the organization.
This role sits within the Learning & Enablement team reporting to the Manager, Learning & Enablement and works closely with:
* Leaders
* HRBPs
* People Team
* Internal Communications
* Business stakeholders
The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, organized, adaptable, and energized by helping initiatives move from idea → execution → real-world adoption.
This is not a traditional training-only role.
This role focuses on:
* Supporting leaders through change
* Coordinating and operationalizing learning and enablement efforts
* Helping ensure work actually sticks across teams
* Assisting in identifying upskilling opportunities
* Creating a culture of curiosity and learning
What You'll Do
Drive Learning & Enablement Work streams
* Support the execution of strategic Learning & Enablement initiatives across the organization.
* Coordinate follow-up actions, communications, stakeholder engagement, and reinforcement activities.
* Help ensure projects remain on track by managing timelines, dependencies, and next steps.
Reinforce Adoption & Behavior Change
* Partner with leaders and teams during rollout and adoption phases to drive sustained behavior change.
* Identify adoption gaps, barriers, and opportunities for additional support.
* Reinforce expectations through practical coaching, resources, communications, and follow-up.
* Help translate learning initiatives into measurable, real-world application and business impact.
Partner Across the Business
* Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, People Operations, Internal Communications, and business leaders.
* Align messaging, expectations, and change management efforts across stakeholder groups.
* Build strong cross-functional relationships to support organizational priorities and employee development.
Support Learning Experiences
* Coordinate and support learning programs, workshops, leadership development experiences, and enablement initiatives.
* Assist with facilitation logistics, participant communications, learning resources, and reinforcement strategies.
* Help deliver high-quality learning experiences that drive engagement and learner success.
Learning Operations, Reporting & Administration
* Maintain operational excellence across learning systems and programs, including Appfire University, Udemy and other learning platforms.
* Monitor participation, completion, adoption, and engagement metrics to support business decision-making.
* Generate and distribute learning reports, dashboards, and program insights for stakeholders and leaders.
* Support learner administration, enrollments, content organization, program tracking, and platform maintenance.
* Ensure learning data, documentation, and records remain accurate, organized, and up to date.
Organizational & Project Coordination
* Maintain documentation, project plans, trackers, and communication plans across multiple work streams.
* Coordinate scheduling, meetings, stakeholder communications, and follow-up actions.
* Create visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes through effective organization and reporting.
* Help ensure initiatives remain aligned, well-documented, and moving forward.
Skills & Experience You'll Need to Succeed
* Strong background in Learning & Development, including designing, implementing, and reinforcing scalable enablement solutions tied to measurable business outcomes.
* 3+ years in formal and informal leadership roles, with the ability to influence senior leaders and partner confidently with executive stakeholders.
* Demonstrated experience in stakeholder consulting and effectiveness, including diagnosing systemic issues, improving operating models, and strengthening cross-functional collaboration.
* Experience leading and executing complex, cross-functional programs and initiatives, with the ability to move from strategy to implementation in ambiguous environments.
* Proven project management experience, including defining scope, managing stakeholders, driving accountability, and delivering measurable results.
* Comfort operating across a wide spectrum of functions - from heavily technical teams (Engineering, Product, AI, Systems) to People, GTM, and Operations - with the ability to translate between business, technical, and human priorities.
* Strong strategic mindset with the ability to combine data and drive alignment, keeping people and teams at the center.
