Nordic Community Lead

As Nordic Community Lead you own how Lovable shows up across the Nordic builder ecosystem. Your job is to make Lovable the most visible, most loved, most talked-about builder tool in the region, not by buying ads, but by showing up everywhere builders gather. Every founder dinner, every hackathon, every demo day, every campus build night. You'll design and run Nordic-specific community concepts, build relationships with the accelerators, incubators, and investors moving builders in the region, and run community activations across Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Norway.

Lovable sells itself once people try it, your job is to make sure the right people try it, in the right rooms, at the right moments, and turn that into compounding business outcomes for the region.

About Lovable

Lovable lets anyone and everyone build software with any language. From solopreneurs to Fortune 100 teams, millions of people use Lovable to transform raw ideas into real products — fast. We are at the forefront of a foundational shift in software creation, which means you have an unprecedented opportunity to change the way the digital world works. Lovable-built applications and websites are visited hundreds of millions of times a month, and our enterprise footprint is compounding fast.

And we're just getting started. We've grown to 150K+ community members in our first year, with passionate builders across 80+ countries creating everything from side projects to production applications.

We're a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. The Nordic team is being built deliberately small and exceptional, every hire matters, and every hire shapes what comes next.

The Role

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for a low-ego operator. Within your first six months, you'll have built durable relationships across every Tier 1 Nordic VC, accelerator, and builder hub that matters in the region, measured by depth, founder activation, and pipeline impact, not by personal profile.

You'll be measured on real outcomes: active Nordic builders, founder activation rate, pipeline created and influenced through ecosystem partnerships, and retention of the builders you bring in. You're also the early-warning system for what Nordic builders need next, and the engine that turns community signal into commercial impact.

What You'll Do
  • Form and own Lovable's VC and founder ecosystem motion across the Nordics, build the relationships with Nordic VCs, accelerators, and incubators, decide what we actually do with each of them (co-hosted events, portfolio workshops, structured onboarding for new portfolio companies, founder activations), and ship it end-to-end.

  • Design and ship Nordic community concepts that move the business, programs with a clear ROI thesis (builders activated, founders onboarded, pipeline created, retention compounded). The brief is open: builder dinner series, regional hackathons, founder office hours, "ship in a weekend" sprints, pick the formats that compound.

  • Be in the rooms that actually matter (Nordic flagship events, demo days, university hackathons, VC portfolio gatherings, founder Slacks and Discords), with a clear reason to be there and a clear outcome you're driving.

  • Run workshops, talks, and hands-on build sessions for founders, operators, and students who haven't tried Lovable yet. Get new users to their first real "wow" moment with the product, fast.

  • Translate field signal, what Nordic builders are struggling with, shipping next, and asking for, into product, marketing, and GTM. You're the loop closer between the Nordic builder community and the rest of the company.

What We're Looking For
  • 5–7 years building community, ecosystem, or founder programs at a fast-scaling tech, SaaS, AI, or developer-tools company, with a track record of concepts you've run end-to-end and outcomes you can defend with numbers.

  • Builder and founder fluency. You understand the field — what early founders care about, how a technical founder thinks, what makes someone abandon a tool vs. fall in love with it. You've been close…
