We are looking for a Senior Process Manager for SAP S/4

HANA.

Responsibilities include:

• Participate in the implementation of SAP S/4
  
  HANA for business verticals and bank functions and ensure an effective and proper transition to the new SAP S/4
  
  HANA system from the business units (module users), including conducting research, analysis, and maximizing the benefits of SAP HANA implementation for all business areas and structural units of the Bank.
• Manage all non-technical aspects of the project, including:
• Ensuring the involvement of key business stakeholders
• Coordinating interaction between business areas, IT function, and the solution provider
• Supporting business units in analyzing their needs and transforming them into effective SAP HANA-based solutions
• Determining and implementing optimal usage scenarios for the platform's functional capabilities
• Minimizing risks of inefficient or fragmented use of new software
• Synchronizing the migration process between business areas and bank structural units
• Ensuring consistency with the SAP project IT team during the migration process.
• Coordination of the process of analyzing business lines and functions of their business processes
• Participation in the design and adaptation (if necessary) of target processes using SAP S/4
  
  HANA
• Organizing testing (UAT) of business verticals and bank functions

Job Responsibilities

• Within the strategic project lifecycle, it performs:
• Business analysis.
• Identification of project risks and dependencies, as well as possible ways to mitigate them.
• Formalization and visualization of the project.
• Identification of project resources and team.
• Participates in the approval of the project.
• Participates in the development, construction, and implementation of the project.
• Prepares a package of documents for the Investment and other committees for each project phase.
• Analyzes existing processes in the Bank, develops proposals for their optimization.
• Timely forms and provides reporting in the established order.
• Provides training and consultations to staff of other structural units of the Bank within the functionality of the unit.

We are looking for a specialist who has:

• Higher education
• Experience in project management for 2 years or more
• Knowledge and practical experience in implementing SAP S/4
  
  HANA
• Practical experience using project management tools and project programs (JIRA)
• Experience conducting facilitation sessions
• Knowledge of English at an Upper Intermediate level
