We are looking for a System Analyst for AI System Development:

We are looking for a System Analyst who will be responsible for formalizing functional and non-functional requirements, designing integration specifications, describing data entities/scope, building data flows and API contracts for AI-based AI solutions in the areas of LLM/RAG, OCR/VLM, Voice, ML pipelines based on open-source stack and Azure services, including coordination between business requirements and technical implementation.

The role involves close collaboration with Product Owner, Business Analyst, Solution Architect, Data Science, Developers, QA Test Lead, Security Architect and Compliance with a focus on building structured, traceability-ready and governance-compliant enterprise-level specifications.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Develop and maintain functional specifications (FRD/SRS) for AI-based solutions: decomposition of business requirements into technical requirements, formalization of use cases, construction of traceability matrices (BR → FR/NFR → Tests).
• Design and document integration specifications: API contracts (OpenAPI/Swagger, gRPC proto), data flows between AI components and corporate systems.
• Formalize AI/ML-specific requirements: model performance criteria, data quality requirements, fairness/bias requirements, explainability, human-in-the-loop, model governance.
• Develop functional acceptance criteria in Gherkin format (Given-When-Then), Definition of Done for AI artifacts and coordinate with QA Test Lead to build test coverage.
• Model business processes and system architecture: BPMN 2.0 for processes, UML (sequence, activity, component) for systems, C4 diagrams for architectural context.
• Coordinate the specification of NFR for AI solutions: latency, throughput, availability, scalability, security requirements in close collaboration with Solution Architect and Security Architect.
• Support documentation:
  Confluence for specifications, Jira for requirements and traceability, versioning of documents, change management.
• Ensure compliance-ready specifications: documentation of requirements for EU AI Act, GDPR, DORA and banking standards, formalization of requirements for audit trail and data lineage.

We are looking for a specialist who has:

• Higher education
• 3+ years of experience in System Analysis/Business Systems Analysis/Solution Analysis, experience on projects with AI/ML, integration or data-intensive solutions will be an advantage.
• Practical experience in building FRD/SRS, API specifications, data flow diagrams for complex integration systems.
• Experience with BPMN, UML and modeling tools.
• Experience or understanding of the specifics of AI/ML solutions: LLM/RAG, OCR/VLM, ML pipelines – formalization of requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Azure AI services or similar cloud platforms.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment with requirements for documentation, audit, governance and compliance.
• Experience in banking or fintech will be a significant advantage.
• Mandatory Skills:
• Requirements Engineering: FRD/SRS, use case specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria in Gherkin format, traceability matrices.
• API Design: principles of REST/gRPC, OpenAPI/Swagger specifications, API versioning, contract compliance checks.
