Innovate Graduate Technology Program
Our Innovate Graduate Technology Program will give you an outstanding opportunity to understand and take part in shaping our technology leadership and is the perfect fit for you who have a diligent, innovative, and creative approach.
As part of the Innovate program you will be curious about how the next generation of technology will shape and influence the way we all live and work. The program will give you a chance to work with like-minded people who are pioneers in our business and advanced problem solvers in their chosen field. You'll collaborate with them to solve some of the most ambitious issues faced by our customers to ensure everyone worldwide is connected.
Your journey within the Innovate Program will start as Product Development Leader at Product Engineering Unit Radio, within our software department!
Our aim is to develop and deliver software applications for Radio product platforms, different product variant and frequency variants. We have a daily collaboration with multiple teams located in Kista, Sweden, and Zagreb, Croatia. For every day, we strive to make our products and way of working better than yesterday, cooperating efficiently, integrating continuously as well as listening and delivering to our customers as often as possible.
Our 18-months Early Career gives you an outstanding opportunity to experience all development stages and drive innovation. Your home unit will be in Stockholm, Sweden, including different rotations and one international assignment. The program will focus on developing your skills as a leader from different perspectives, such as people, strategic and technology leadership. During the program you will be mentored by one of our leaders and attend several learning modules, both online and on site.
As the world is constantly evolving, one of your tasks will be to lead different change initiatives, along with coaching and developing individuals, teams and organizations.

In addition, we believe you have:
- BSc or MSc in the Engineering Field
- Good understanding of Software development process, including Agile and Scrum
- Desire and the ability to work closely with software teams
- Desire and interest to work with Hardware integration
- Leadership skills either from industry, academia or social activities
- Ability to initiate, drive, follow-up and conclude a task
- Desire and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
- A global mentality and willingness to relocate internationally
- Solid communication skills and proficiency in English
