IRM/GRC Developer
Broad IT experience of 4 to 8 years working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives.
Minimum 4 years of experience configuring Service Now, including modules such as IRM/GRC.
Strong technical knowledge of Service Now modules, third‑party integrations, JavaScript, XML, XSL style sheets, and web services.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Good to have Service Now admin and implementation certifications.
Responsibilities- Review the work done by team members as per Service Now best practices.
- Develop solutions in Service Now, prepare estimates and work on capability presentation, Proof of Concept.
- Understand functional, technical, and business requirements and turn them into a successful implementation.
