Position Summary
You will serve as a member of L.L.Bean’s Experiential Marketing team, driving the iconic Boot mobile and other marketing vehicles to events across the country, delivering brand experiences and driving customer engagement.
Effective DatesJune 1 2026 – December 1 2026
Responsibilities- Drive the Boot mobile and other experiential marketing vehicles to designated events
- Deliver world‑class customer service and ensure support staff does the same
- Assist with event preparation, shipping, and warehouse support
- Help administer on‑site activities, equipment, and vehicle setup and breakdown
- Follow all L.L.Bean safety rules, procedures, and vehicle policies
- Collaborate with agency partners and external staff to create brand experiences
- Maintain knowledge of event messaging, goals, and purpose
- Communicate the L.L.Bean brand and history to customers and media
- Track customer feedback, sales, distribution metrics and other KPIs
- Use computer systems to process orders and respond to customer inquiries
- Perform additional duties as required and be on‑call for emergencies
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- High school diploma or vocational/technical degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate brand history
- Strong focus on safety and ability to prioritize opportunities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and social media applications
- Availability and flexibility to travel multiple weeks at a time, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in variable weather conditions (rain, heat, cold)
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs of equipment
- Clean driving record required
Position identified as safety‑sensitive. Must agree not to work while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Must complete driver certification and Department of Transportation physical exam upon hire.
