Logistics Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Charleston

Our client, a leading organization in the supply chain and logistics industry, is seeking a dedicated Logistics Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. As a Logistics Customer Service Coordinator, you will be part of the Supply Chain department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** Shift:
** 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

** What's the Job?*
* + Manage and process customer orders in Oracle, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment

+ Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure efficient inbound and outbound shipments

+ Communicate proactively with customers and distribution partners to manage expectations and resolve issues

+ Support international shipments and export processes in collaboration with logistics partners

+ Monitor delivery performance and investigate delays to ensure timely resolution

** What's Needed?*
* + Knowledge of Excel data entry and ERP systems, preferably Oracle

+ Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English

+ Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain roles is preferred
