As a Maintenance Director, you will partner with facility leadership to maintain clean, safe, and well‑maintained environments that support patient care and resident quality of life.

• Repair electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems.
• Supervise the maintenance department, orient new staff, and maintain department records.
• Maintain fire alarm and emergency generator systems to minimize fire and accident risk.
• Plan and manage departmental budgets and perform regular reporting.
• Remain on‑call for emergencies seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
• Operate on the TEL platform for all life safety, regulatory, and daily tasks.

High school diploma or equivalent – basic training/knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVACR systems – prior supervisory experience.
