Stream side Parks is a premier property management company specializing in the operation and enhancement of RV Park Resorts & Campgrounds across the Southeast. Stream side oversees a growing portfolio of 40+ parks, delivering consistent, high-quality experiences for residents and campers alike. With a focus on operational excellence, streamlined processes, and guest satisfaction, Stream side Parks ensures each property thrives under the unified Stream side brand while maintaining a strong financial performance and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Seasonal Park Staff support the day-to-day operations of Sandy Pines Campgrounds, by assisting across multiple functional areas, including front desk/office support, retail gift shop operations, and kitchen back-of-house support. Team members will be hired into a primary role based on their skills and experience. However, this is a cross-trained position, and all Seasonal Park Staff must be willing and able to assist with additional duties outside their primary role as operational needs require.

Responsibilities may rotate based on daily demands, staffing levels, and peak guest activity to ensure smooth park operations and a positive guest experience.

• Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance to maintain the safety, appearance, and integrity of the resort.
• Conduct regular park inspections and complete work orders efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards.
• Communicate maintenance issues, progress, and needs clearly and consistently with the Park Manager.
• Perform general maintenance duties including light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, groundskeeping, and pool/spa upkeep.
