As a Night Janitor, you'll play a key role in ensuring assigned buildings and work areas remain clean, organized, stocked, and ready for the next day. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy staying active throughout your shift, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties throughout assigned areas
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces
- Restock consumable supplies such as soap, paper towels, and other housekeeping materials
- Maintain janitorial closets, supply rooms, and cleaning equipment
- Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, property damage, or security issues to supervisors
- Help ensure designated areas remain secure and properly maintained
- Monitor supply levels and communicate inventory needs
- Work independently while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism
- Dependable with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Good communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Valid driver's license is required as you will be driving a company to various locations (motor vehicle check will be required)
- Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and lifting
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working around cleaning products and equipment
