Aquatics Director

The YMCA of Southern Maine is looking for an exceptional Aquatics Director to drive our Casco Bay Branch aquatics program into its next chapter of growth. As Aquatics Director, you will be part of the Casco Bay Branch leadership team and will collaborate with aquatics colleagues across our three-branch Association, sharing resources, ideas, and best practices.

As our Aquatics Director, you'll significantly grow programs, develop talented staff, and ensure that everyone in our community has access to water safety lessons and the joy of swimming.

• Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 (commensurate with experience).
