Acadia Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Credit Solutions Manager to plan, organize, and direct the activities of our Credit Solutions Team. This role may be located in Fort Kent or Bangor
, depending on the qualifications of the successful candidate. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing delinquent loan accounts, guiding risk mitigation strategies, and ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant resolution outcomes for our members. Responsibilities also include managing collections activities, overseeing bankruptcies, foreclosures, charge-offs, and legal proceedings, conducting risk analysis, identifying trends, and providing meaningful reporting to management and the Board.
The ideal candidate will balance sound judgment with empathy, lead a high-performing team, and collaborate closely with the Vice President of Risk Management on critical or high-impact decisions.
- Plan, organize, and direct the activities of the Credit Solutions Team.
- Oversee delinquent loan accounts, guide risk mitigation strategies, and ensure fair, compliant resolution outcomes for members.
- Manage collections activities, oversee bankruptcies, foreclosures, charge-offs, and legal proceedings.
- Conduct risk analysis, identify trends, and provide meaningful reporting to management and the Board.
- Collaborate closely with the Vice President of Risk Management on critical or high-impact decisions.
