Location: Sidney
Assistant Program Director
Join the NFI North team to lead a high‑impact adolescent residential treatment program in Sidney, ME, designed to support ages 10‑20 in overcoming life challenges and fostering belonging.
Responsibilities- Supervise clinical, medical and educational staff and oversee daily operations.
- Manage administrative paperwork and maintain accurate program documentation.
- Collaborate with the Program Director on overall program planning and execution.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience.
- Detail‑oriented with strong team‑leadership and communication skills.
Medical, Dental, Prescription, and Vision coverage; generous paid time off (3 weeks vacation, sick time, 11 holidays); 4‑day work week (10‑hour days); tuition reimbursement; retirement match; company‑paid Life Insurance and Long‑Term Disability.
