Role Overview
The Senior Program Regional Lead - Skilling & Partners (EMEA) is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving alignment between global skilling strategies and regional execution. This role operates within a complex, matrixed environment to ensure effective delivery of partner skilling initiatives and measurable business impact.

Core Functions
* Design and implement regional skilling frameworks aligned to global priorities
* Drive execution of partner skilling initiatives and ensure measurable outcomes
* Manage stakeholder coordination across global, regional, and partner teams
* Define and track performance scorecards (certifications, adoption, engagement)
* Lead skilling campaigns, prioritization, and pipeline management
* Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve program impact
* Lead and mentor Program Managers to ensure delivery excellence
Key Responsibilities
* Align regional target plans with global strategy
* Identify and resolve execution gaps across regions
* Ensure visibility and governance of all skilling initiatives
* Monitor and report on success metrics including certifications and adoption
Success Metrics
* Increased certification attainment
* Higher adoption of skilling programs
* Achievement of global targets at a regional level
Qualifications
Required:
* 7+ years of experience in program management / partner ecosystem / skilling
* Strong stakeholder management and analytical capabilities
Preferred:
* 3+ years in people management
* Experience with tools such as Power BI, Jira
