We are currently accepting applications for a:
Branch Manager & Community Banking Officer - Mars Hill/Fort Fairfield

Responsibilities include:

• Making regular business development calls

• Exercise sound administrative control over all personnel and functions of the office

• Assist in developing branch budgets and branch goals annually and assumes overall responsibility for their achievement

• Manages sales and referral efforts

• Conducts regular sales meetings with team to develop skills and knowledge

• Represent the bank at various civic service club functions

Qualifications include:

• Associates Degree and/or equivalent training in a financial institution

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Minimum two years experience in a supervisory/leadership capacity

• Sales management ability

• Minimum two years prior lending experience
