We are now seeking a regional manager for Road & Rail with responsibility for around 220 employees primarily located in the Stockholm area. As regional manager, you will lead engaged teams, drive the business forward, and contribute to creating sustainable communities – really.

You have the overall responsibility for developing both business and people. You lead through other managers and are part of the management group for Road & Rail Sweden.

You will depart from our office in Solna.

You are a confident and clear leader with long experience in community building and infrastructure as a consultant, client, or contractor. You have experience leading through other managers and thrive in a role where you combine business, development, and leadership. Leading a consulting business requires the ability to combine business acumen with care. You understand how to create profitability in projects, while building a culture where people want to contribute and develop.

You are:

• Strategic and present – you see the big picture and support when needed.
• Business-oriented and customer-focused – you build relationships that last over time.
• Engaged and inclusive – you believe in people and the power of collaboration.
• You are communicative and express yourself well in speech and writing, both in Swedish and English.
