Mercy Haven on Long Island is launching the region’s first Medical Respite Program in Bay Shore. The Medical Respite Administrator will oversee all program operations and ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care for unhoused patients recovering from surgery.
The role requires advanced degree in social work or nursing plus relevant experience, with strong collaboration across hospitals and community partners. On-site, Monday–Friday schedule with on-call coverage.
