Wendy's - 4 Stillwater Avenue - Responsibilities:
Oversee restaurant operations and drive customer service, training, development, sales and profit growth across the entire restaurant team;
Manage the P&L to control costs and achieve specified profit targets by identifying opportunities in revenue growth, customer service, and process improvement;
Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire, train, and orientate team; coach and develop staff and manage team relations;
Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management; ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met;
Lead the restaurant management team to achieve business goals under the direction of a District Manager
