Overview

Responsibilities- Lead PT, OT, and SLP operations, including strategic planning and program development.
- Ensure regulatory readiness and manage staffing, growth, and budget stewardship.
- Monitor quality metrics, patient experience, and throughput to advance continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with nursing, physicians, case‑management, social work, pharmacy, and rehab aides to support interdisciplinary rounding and evidence‑based protocols.
