Job Responsibilities- Manage daily technical operations and maintenance of amusement equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Lead and develop a team of technicians, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
- Perform and supervise electronics repair and preventive maintenance activities.
- Coordinate inventory management for parts and tools to support uninterrupted operations.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to address and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and safety protocols.
- Analyze equipment performance data to recommend improvements and upgrades.
- Proven experience in technical operations management within the amusement or related industry.
- Strong skills in electronics repair and preventive maintenance.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities managing technical teams.
- Effective inventory management and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with amusement ride systems and safety regulations.
- Technical certifications related to electronics or mechanical maintenance.
